Description

This compact easy-to-use 2-in-1 thermometer combines an infrared thermometer for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures and a stainless steel folding penetration probe for core temperature measurements. This combination is ideal for hygiene temperature measuring in food preparation and food service applications.
